Zero Tolerance:

As a community-run event, the Cambridge Scottish Festival values the dedication and contributions of our volunteer staff. We strive to provide a safe and respectful environment for all volunteers, and as such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse or mistreatment towards our volunteers.

We expect all participants and attendees of the festival to treat our volunteers in a courteous manner. Any behavior that is deemed abusive or harassing towards our volunteers will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the event grounds.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for our volunteer staff at the Cambridge Scottish Festival

No Dogs:

The Cambridge Scottish Festival strictly prohibits the presence of dogs or other pets, excluding certified service dogs, within the festival premises.

Service dogs, as defined by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Canadian Human Rights Act, are permitted entry to the festival grounds. These service dogs must be readily identifiable by their service animal gear or recognized certification.

We understand and respect the crucial role that service animals play in providing assistance to individuals with disabilities. However, for the safety and well-being of all attendees and in compliance with the applicable regulations, we kindly request that all other dogs and pets remain at home during the festival.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, and we look forward to providing an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all attendees at the Cambridge Scottish Festival.
